Registration in SRM
To create a store in Telegram, you need to register on the tgmall.io platform. To do this, go to the site and fill out the registration form in CRM. After filling out the form, you will receive a confirmation code by mail.
After receiving the verification code, enter it in the appropriate field on the site and you will be ready to start creating your Telegram bot.
Creating a bot
You can create a bot by following the instructions that will be shown after registering on the tgmall.io platform in our CRM.
You can create a bot in Telegram by following a step-by-step algorithm. In 2 minutes you will have a ready basis for the store. Below is a short tutorial for your reference:
1. Open the official Botfather bot on Telegram.
2. Follow the instructions Botfather will provide to create your bot.
When you open @BotFather in Telegram, type the command /newbot to create a new bot.
Choose a name for your bot (For example: "Clothing store")
Let's come up with a unique @username for the bot (It is imperative that the name ends with bot, for example: @magazTGmallBot)

After that you will get your bot token. This means that the bot is ready. Next, you need to connect it to CRM.
We connect the bot to CRM
To continue creating the store, you need to link the bot to the TGmall CRM. This is done as follows:
You need to copy the received token in the previous section and paste it in the second section of the CRM instructions.

Now your shop-bot is connected to the TGmall CRM platform.

Great, you're almost done. The last step is to add a button to your bot. Thanks to this button, users of your store will be able to open your store bot and use it to browse products and place orders.
Return to Telegram, to the BotFather chat, where you gave a name, a nickname to your shop bot and copied its token.
In this Telegram chat, type the command /mybots in the field and press Enter or the send message button.
Click on the button with the nickname of the bot you just created.
Next, click on the "Bot Settings" button in the Telegram chat.
Then click on the "Menu Button" button in the Telegram chat.
After that, click on the "Configure menu button" button in the Telegram chat.
Now go to CRM and copy the link that will be generated in the instructions.
Next, insert this link into the input field in BotFather and click the send button.
Enter a name for your button that will be visible to all users and press Enter or the send message button.

By clicking on this button, users will be able to open your shop-bot and use its services.
Your store is ready and you can check it by clicking on the button in your newly created bot.
Setting up the greeting in the bot
We design the description of the welcome message in the bot shop using the official BotFather bot.
Go to @BotFather, enter the /mybots command and select the bot you previously linked to CRM.
then choose "Edir Bot"

Store settings
You created a bot, connected it to CRM and tied a button that opens the store. Now we start filling in basic data and parameters in CRM, it will take 5 minutes (the store will not work without these settings).
Open the "Settings" menu
On this page you can:
1) Change the CRM password
2) Enter the card data for payment, you can also connect the payment to the FOP monobank card and specify the payment options
3) Specify delivery options: simply check the options that suit you, specify the pickup address if you choose this delivery option.
You can also configure mandatory e-mail input by customers of your store when placing each order, if necessary.
4) You can change basic information about the store, such as the offer contract, contacts, payment, delivery. All these pages will be displayed in your bot store.
5) You can change all automatic messages that the store creates for you and sends to customers.
Product and category card
You've set up your store and are now ready to create categories and populate products, so let's get started…
There are two options for loading products: you can use automatic loading (import) or manually enter products by creating categories beforehand.
1) Automatic loading (import):
You can download a template example of an excel file and familiarize yourself with its structure. Next, build your own file with goods according to this example. If all the file requirements given in the example are met, the file import will be successful and all products will be displayed in your store.
2) Manual loading of goods:

If you add an image when creating a category, then in the store, in the "Catalog" section, it will look like this ↓

Now you can create your first product. To fill out the product card, go to the "Catalog-Products" tab, click "Create product".
Here it is necessary to specify the name of the product, description of the product, its price, quantity, select the category to which this product belongs, and upload an image of the product.

Landing page and store personalization
In this section, we will show how you can create your own unique style for your store and stand out among other stores.
Let's go to the "Designer" section
In the top block of the section, you can make a welcome page for your store visitors by uploading a splash image and adding text for the button.

Now we begin to personalize the color style of the store:

Advertising banner
In this section, we will create clickable advertising banners in the store and make them as attractive as possible for customers.
Open the "Marketing-Banner" section and click the "Create banner" button.
We are starting to create our first advertising banner in the Telegram store. We specify the name of the banner that will be displayed in the CRM banner catalog (only you can see this name).
When filling out the banner card, it is possible to choose where the transition will be if the client clicks on the banner: category or product.
A category is a transition of the client to a certain category after clicking on the banner.
A product is a client's transition to a specific product after clicking on the banner. When setting up, you need to enter the index or name of the desired product, and the system will automatically pull it up.
No transition - This means that the banner will be displayed in the store, but it will be non-clickable and will not transition when clicked.
After creating a banner, you will see it in the general list of created banners.
In this menu, you will be able to see analytics for this advertising tool inside the store: here the number of views of the banner by the store's customers is pulled up, and there is also an opportunity to change the sequence of banner displays on the main page of the online store in Telegram (up-down arrows on the right).

Autoposting
With the help of our TGmall platform, you can create posts directly in the shop's chatbot, just like in a regular channel in Telegram.
Go to the "Marketing-Publications" section:
Now we create an advertising post that will be published in the chat of your shop-bot in Telegram: we add the text of the publication, attach an image and specify the format of the publication (immediately after creation or at a scheduled time).
In the case of planning a publication, you need to choose the day and time of publication, then the system will publish everything on time and without your participation.
After creation, your publication will be displayed in the general list of publications, you will be able to control the analytics of views of each publication.

Link to the store
You can share the link to your online store in Telegram or the QR code of the store on Facebook, Instagram, in Telegram, Viber groups. It will help you build your sales funnels and bring customers to your botshop and drive sales directly in the shop chat.

Promo codes
With the help of the TGMall platform, you can create promotional codes for the purchase of goods in your store.
Go to the "Marketing-Promo Codes" section and click the "Create Promo Code" button.
We start creating a promo code. We generate or set the name of the promotional code, specify the number for the percentage discount, and specify what exactly the promotional code will apply to: all the products in the store, a specific product/list of products, or a category of products.
All products are an opportunity to apply a promotional code to absolutely all products in your store when placing an order.
A product is an opportunity to apply a promotional code to a specific product or a list of products when placing an order. When setting up, you need to enter the index or names of the desired products, and the system will automatically pull them up.
A category is an opportunity to apply a promotional code to certain categories of goods when placing an order. During the settings, you need to select the desired categories from the list.
Next, you can set restrictions on the effect of the promotional code: how many users can simultaneously use this promotional code, the minimum order amount for the promotional code to be valid, and whether the promotional code will work if the product already has a discount applied to it.
And you must specify the validity period of the promotional code. It can be without time limits (permanent) or operate within the specified time period (from date to date).
Traffic analytics
With the help of the TGMall platform, you can follow traffic analytics in your store: from which resource, how many customers visited your store.
You can place the created links in various advertising publications, on various platforms.
Go to the "Marketing-Traffic Analytics" section and click the "Create Tag" button.
Set the name of the tag (only you will see it, for example: "Facebook users") and save the newly created tag. The link will be generated automatically.
Once created, your tag will appear in the general list of tags. You will be able to copy the generated link by distributing it in various advertising publications, analyze the total and unique number of user transitions on the generated link.
