With the help of the TGmall platform, you can add varieties to your products. Such characteristics usually include: product sizes, product colors, brands, packaging, product weight, and much more.
We configure a product that has several sizes and colors: go to the "Products" section in CRM and click on the "Create product" button.
Fill in all the required fields to create a product and click on the "Create product" button (if the product type is "Physical").
Click on the "Create varieties" button.

Click on the "Add characteristic" button.
Here you can choose from standard options of color or size or create your own characteristic.
Standard colors include: blue, white, yellow, red, green, pink, purple, orange, brown, black.
Standard sizes include: XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL.
To create your own characteristic value, click the "Create" button in the "Value" section.
Enter the current value of a specific characteristic in the pop-up window and click on the "+" button or press "Enter". After entering all the necessary values, click the "Save" button.
After that, all added values will be displayed in the general list.
To create your own characteristic, you need to click on the "Create" button in the "Characteristic" section.
Enter the name of the new characteristic in the "Name" field, enter the current value of this characteristic in the "Value" field and click the "+" or "Enter" button. After entering all the necessary values, click the "Save" button.
After that, all added characteristics will be displayed in the general list.
To fix a characteristic for a specific product, you need:
1) choose a characteristic;
2) choose relevant values for this characteristic;
3) click on the "Save" button.
* a maximum of 3 characteristics can be attached to one product.
After adding the necessary characteristics, a table with a combination of all the added varieties of this product will appear below. Here you can set an individual price and discount for each variety, add unique images.
