With the help of the TGMall platform, you can create posts in your Telegram store.
In the publications themselves, you can post any useful information for your customers: discounts, sales, new products, remaining goods, inform buyers about the effect of promotional codes, remind them about the expiration date of discounts or promotions, add a product overview, etc.
Let's set up the first publication: go to the "Marketing-Publications" section and click the "Create publication" button.
We specify the main text of the publication, which can include: plain text, emoticons, links (to a specific product, to a video review of the product, etc.).
We recommend diluting the text with paragraphs or presenting it concisely. Thematically selected emoticons will also help your users to perceive information more comfortably. So experiment and find your own style for posts in your store.
Also, you must add any image in "jpeg", "jpg", "png", "webp", "gif", "svg", "bmp" format to each post, which will complement the meaning of your publication.
At the last step of creating a publication, you need to choose the method of publication: immediately after creation or at a scheduled time.
If you chose the "Now" option, the publication will appear in your shop-bot immediately. It will be seen by absolutely all users who have visited your Telegram store at least once before.
In the case of auto-posting (scheduled publication) - you need to choose a specific day and time - then the system will publish everything on time, and without your participation.
Once created, your post will appear in the general list of posts. Here you can control the analytics of views of each publication:
- a list of users who have already received your publication (if the publication time has already passed and it is published in your chatbot store)
- a list of users who will potentially receive your publication (if the publication time has not yet arrived, that is, it is scheduled for a specific day and time)
